Jessica Webber is a trial attorney at Sweeney Merrigan Law, where she represents individuals in complex personal injury matters. She graduated from Northeastern University School of Law with honors after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Introduction

While in law school, Jessica earned the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was selected as a recipient of the Chief Justice Ralph D. Gants Scholarship in recognition of her academic achievement and service as a judicial intern at the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. With her background in advocacy and public service, Jessica brings a trauma-informed approach to her representation of individuals harmed by negligence, institutional failures, and other wrongful conduct.
