How Do I Prove Liability in a Massachusetts Defective Product Case?
Companies have a duty to make sure the products they sell are reasonably safe for the consumers who buy them. You might be able to hold the company that manufactured or designed the product strictly liable if they put a dangerous or defective product on the market.
