Attorney Peter M. Merrigan is a partner at Sweeney Merrigan Law, LLP. He joins his brother Attorney J. Tucker Merrigan and father Thomas T. Merrigan to form Sweeney Merrigan Law, LLP. Thomas T. Merrigan

Hon. Thomas T. Merrigan (Ret.) is a partner in Sweeney Merrigan Law, LLP, with offices located in Boston, Falmouth and Greenfield, Massachusetts. Tom has been practicing law in Massachusetts since 1976 and has successfully handled a broad spectrum of legal cases. In addition to his strong background as a litigator, he also brings twelve years of experience as retired First Justice in the Orange District Court, serving from 1990 to 2002, and as an Associate Justice of the Appellate Division of the District Court from 1994 to 2002.

Mark Cashman

Attorney Bell is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Michael graduated from Northeastern University School of Law where he was involved as a senior staff member of the Northeastern Law Journal and a representative of the Student Bar Association.
